The promotion of a student depends upon the following conditions.

• Should have put in efforts tidily throughout the year. Promotion does not depend on the result of a single annual examination.
• Should have made satisfactory progress in English and attained pass standard as set by this school by the end of the academic year.
• Should a student fail to qualify for promotion for two consecutive years he/she will be required to be withdrawn from the school.
