Mount Sinai School, Kashipur was established in the year 2008. This prestigious School was founded by Mrs. S. Benjamin along with her husband and daughter Dimple. The idea was to establish an English Medium School in a remote area to provide quality education to children who cannot afford studying in a good English Medium School. Today the school has children from all over Kashipur and adjacent towns.

The school is situated in an ideal location, away from noise pollution and the hustle and bustle of town life. This lends a serene atmosphere to the school.

The educational body is run and managed by Christians and the school runs on the guidelines of Mount Sinai School Society, registered under the Societies Registration Act. XXI of 1860. The functional area of the Society is the entire state of Uttarakhand. The school curriculum is based on the ICSE pattern starting from class – I.

The motto of Mount Sinai School is giving each child personal care and attention to ensure excellent academic achievements. It focuses on the mental and physical growth of the children and endeavours to create an environment to bring out the best in each child. To warrant the overall development of the children, the school organizes extra and co-curricular activities to encourage children to become confident individuals. Over the years our children have received various prestigious awards, both at the district and national levels. The school infrastructure is designed to provide the best of facilities to the staff and children. Furthermore, the school regularly invests in teacher training programs and workshops to encourage the professional growth of the staff.

The school was granted Affiliation in 2016 and is now a center for the ICSE & ISC Examinations.
