The fundamental intention of Mount Sinai School is to provide education to all, irrespective of caste, creed, sex or social status. The ethos of the school ensures the promotion of teaching, learning and achievement of the highest quality thereby enabling every individual to be confident in his/ her endeavours, respectful in approach and successful in all walks of life.
The Aims of the School
- To help students inculcate the values of mutual respect and tolerance and develop qualities of self-discipline, organisation, motivation and the enjoyment of working hard that makes them confident and competent members of society.
- To provide the best educational opportunities to all students to acquire and develop the knowledge, skills and understanding that will help them not only in the present but also in the future.
- To create a friendly and secure atmosphere for the students and the staff so that they can operate as effectively as possible and above all enjoy learning.
- To stimulate a sound scientific temper and technological understanding in all students and members of the staff in order to enhance their creativity, flair, imagination and expression within the curriculum and beyond.
- To work continually in a strong and effective partnership with our parents to ensure the overall development of our students not only at school but also at home.
- To keep in pace with the latest teaching methodologies and enhance the quality of teaching.
- To strive towards the intellectual, social, emotional, aesthetic and physical development of our students.
- To continue to develop the literacy, creativity and communication skills of our students and take every opportunity to reward them in order to enhance their self-esteem and elevate their academic and social standards.
